Open Calls for participation in France and in the US.

We are grateful and excited to announce this years Open Calls with ICI and C-E-A. Your travel costs, food and accommodation will be generously and fully covered by the Consulate General in New York and by The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Paris / The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
