MUTANT PROSPECTS was a seven days program focusing on possible change from outer interference, extractivism, deserts and dust, nature, art, real-estate and housing, solidarity economics and dialogue. The program contained a conference with presentations, exhibitions, performances, screenings of three films, readings, local food, a bus, walks and travel.

In Stavanger we collaborated with OSS – Open Studios Stavanger including 80 open studios and two panle talks organized with OSS and CAS Contemporary Art Stavanger. Artists Maiken Stene and Hans Edward Hammonds running Velferden Sokndal Senter for Samtidskunst were invited to bring three artists as a part of their residency program for MUTANT PROSPECTS at the venue Veferden. The program was also made with artistic and curatorial contributions from Hå gamle prestegård, Stavanger kunsthall, Stavanger kunstmuseum and CAS Contemporary Art Stavanger. Visits were also made to the Titania open source mines, the Norwegian Oil Museum, the houses at Helleren, Jøssingfjord Science Museum and the Natural History Museum.
